The Togetherworks is a startup built to unite hybrid working teams through unique phygital experiences. From the beginning I was creative lead on the team behind their branding and output working with them directly to understand how to carve their niche in a constantly evolving sector.
I designed a range of graphic ephemera to exist on their digital channels with recurring badge & sticker motifs giving a distinctly warm physical presence.
Research on how remote working effects workers was carried out to better strategise and streamline the product experience. Messaging flipped the unique and sometimes lonely scenarios that crop up through remote working in to playful moments of opportunity with the brand as a facilitator for that togetherness.
